Union Bank of India: Exciting Opportunity for Wealth Managers in 2025

Union Bank of India (UBI) is excited to announce a significant recruitment drive for Specialist Officers in the role of Wealth Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified and experienced Indian citizens to join a dynamic team in a Middle Management Scale-II position on a regular basis. The bank aims to onboard 250 talented professionals across its various offices throughout India as part of the Union Bank of India Recruitment Project 2025-26.

Vacancy Details and Compensation

A total of 250 Wealth Manager vacancies are available, with reservations for various categories:

  • Unreserved (UR): 103 positions
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 25 positions
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 67 positions
  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 37 positions
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 18 positions
  • Persons with Disabilities (PWD): 10 positions

Candidates should be between 25 and 35 years of age. The successful applicants will be placed in the MMGS-II Pay Scale, which ranges from ₹64,820 to ₹93,960.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for these coveted positions, candidates must possess a full-time, 2-year degree or course in one of the following:

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)
  • MMS (Master of Management Studies)
  • PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration)
  • PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management)
  • PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management)
  • PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)

This degree/course must be from a University or Institution recognized by the Government of India or approved by relevant Government Regulatory bodies.

In addition to academic qualifications, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in an Officer or Managerial role within the Wealth Management sector. Relevant experience includes working with:

  • Public Sector Banks
  • Private Sector Banks
  • Foreign Banks
  • Broking Firms
  • Securities Firms
  • Asset Management Companies
