SSC Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2025 Overview

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to conduct a competitive recruitment examination for the position of Constable (Executive) for the Delhi Police. This exam, formally known as the SSC Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment Examination 2025, is a computer-based test (CBE) that will be held in both English and Hindi. The examination is scheduled to take place during December 2025 or January 2026.

Vacancy Details and Eligibility

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7565 vacancies for the Group-C category posts of Constable (Executive) for both male and female candidates. The vacancies are distributed as follows: Unreserved (UR): 3174 posts, Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 756 posts, Other Backward Class (OBC): 1608 posts, Scheduled Caste (SC): 1386 posts, and Scheduled Tribe (ST): 641 posts. An additional 10% of the vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. Successful candidates will be placed on a pay scale of Pay Level-3, ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100. To be eligible for this recruitment, a candidate must have a 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board. The age limit for applicants is 18 to 25 years, with the age calculation based on July 1, 2025.

Application Process and Fee

A non-refundable application fee of ₹100 is required from all applicants, payable online through various methods, including BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay). Payments can also be made in cash at SBI branches using a generated SBI Challan. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, Persons with Disabilities (PH), women, and Ex-servicemen categories are exempt from paying the application fee.
