NTPC, India’s largest power company and a Maha-Ratna enterprise, has announced its 2025 recruitment drive for Executive Trainee – HR positions. The company is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to fill roles at its various offices and units across the country.

This recruitment, under Advertisement No. 14/2025, is for a total of 15 vacancies for the Executive Trainee – HR role. The breakdown of these positions by category is as follows:
- Unreserved (UR): 8 vacancies
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 1 vacancy
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): 3 vacancies
- Scheduled Caste (SC): 2 vacancies
- Scheduled Tribe (ST): 1 vacancy
Eligibility and Compensation
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must not be older than 29 years of age as of September 9, 2025. The required qualification is an MBA, PGDM, or PGDBM. Successful candidates will be placed in the E-1 pay scale, with a salary range of ₹40,000 to ₹140,000.
