The Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, is launching a major Faculty Government Job Vacancy recruitment drive for 2025. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the positions of Assistant Professors and Associate Professors across various Engineering Departments/Disciplines. A total of 176 faculty positions are open (126 Assistant Professors and 50 Associate Professors) across four key engineering departments: Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (CSE/IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE), and Electrical Engineering (EE).
Assistant Professor Positions
There are 126 vacancies (UR-36, EWS-17, OBC-42, SC-17, ST-14; PWD-6).
- Pay Scale: Academic Pay Level-10, ranging from ₹57,700 to ₹1,82,400.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 35 years.
- Department Vacancy Breakdown: CSE/IT: 68, ECE: 26, ICE: 15, EE: 17.
Associate Professor Positions
There are 50 vacancies (UR-17, EWS-5, OBC-16, SC-5, ST-7; PWD-2).
- Pay Scale: Academic Pay Level-13A1, ranging from ₹1,31,400 to ₹2,17,100.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 50 years.
- Department Vacancy Breakdown: CSE/IT: 26, ECE: 12, ICE: 04, EE: 08.
Application Fee Details
A non-refundable application fee must be paid:
- General/EWS/OBC category: ₹2,000/-
- SC/ST/PWD category: ₹1,000/-
Application Procedure and Important Dates
Candidates must follow a mandatory two-step application process:
- Online Application: Apply online in the prescribed format on the NSUT website. The online submission window is open from 06/10/2025 to 11/11/2025.
- Submission of Hard Copy: A printout (hard copy) of the filled online form, along with all supporting documents (Educational Qualifications, Experience, pay details, NOC, etc.), must be sent to the university. The hard copy must reach on or before 26/11/2025.
