ECIL Contract Technical Officer Recruitment 2025
Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy, is recruiting for dynamic and experienced personnel. They are looking to fill the positions of Technical Officers on a purely contract basis. The initial contract is for nine months but can be extended up to four years, depending on project requirements and satisfactory performance. These roles are for various business verticals located in Hyderabad, and this recruitment is part of Advt. No. 17/2025.
Vacancy and Eligibility Details
ECIL has 160 openings for the Technical Officer-C position. These vacancies are distributed as follows: UR-65, EWS-16, OBC-43, SC-24, and ST-12.
To be eligible, candidates must be 30 years old or younger as of August 31, 2025, though age relaxation is available per government rules. Applicants should have a BE/B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the following fields: ECE, ETC, E&I, Electronics, EEE, Electrical, CSE, IT, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience is also required.
The consolidated monthly pay is ₹25,000 for the first year, ₹28,000 for the second year, and ₹31,000 for the third and fourth years.
