National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi Faculty Recruitment 2025

The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi has announced a recruitment drive for Teaching Faculty Government Jobs at the levels of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor Grade-I on a direct recruitment basis for the year 2025. Indian Nationals are invited to submit online applications through the prescribed format on the Samarth Portal. This recruitment is advertised under Advertisement No. 14/2025.

Application Fee Structure

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee, which varies based on the candidate’s category and location. The fee must be paid online via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card during the application submission process.

Exemptions: Women candidates and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.

How to Apply and Important Dates

Interested and eligible individuals must follow a two-step application process: online submission followed by the mailing of a hard copy.

1. Online Application Submission

Candidates must apply online using the prescribed format available on the NIT Delhi website.
The application portal will be open from September 18, 2025, to October 17, 2025.

2. Hard Copy Submission

After submitting the online application, applicants must take a printout (hard copy) of the completed form.
This hard copy, along with all necessary documents and annexures, must be sent to the institute.
The final deadline for the hard copy to reach the office is October 30, 2025.
