NaBFID Announces Officer Analyst Grade Recruitment for 2025

The National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) has released its official notification for the recruitment of qualified candidates to fill various Officer Analyst Grade positions. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of February 28, 2025.
Required Experience: Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Remuneration: The annual fixed compensation package for Senior Analyst Grade officers will be approximately ₹24.81 lakh. Furthermore, a variable pay component, based on performance, of up to 20% of the fixed compensation may be granted as per the Bank’s policy.

Officer in Analyst Grade: A total of 66 vacancies are being offered for the Analyst Grade, with the following category-wise distribution: Unreserved (UR) – 28, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) – 6, Other Backward Classes (OBC) – 22, Scheduled Castes (SC) – 7, and Scheduled Tribes (ST) – 3. Additionally, 5 positions are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). The advertisement number for these positions is NaBFID/REC/ANA/2025-26/01.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age as of March 31, 2025.
Required Experience: Applicants must possess a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Remuneration: The annual fixed compensation package for Analyst Grade officers will be approximately ₹14.83 lakh. Similar to the Senior Analyst Grade, a performance-based variable pay of up to 20% of the fixed compensation may be granted as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Application Fee Details

The application fee structure varies based on the candidate’s category. For General, EWS, and OBC candidates, the application fee along with intimation charges is ₹800/- plus applicable taxes. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories, there is no application fee, and they are only required to pay ₹100/- plus applicable taxes as intimation charges.
