New India Assurance Announces Recruitment for Administrative Officer Positions (2024)

The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL), a leading public sector general insurance company in India, is offering a great opportunity for job seekers! Selection Process

The selection process for NIACL AO recruitment involves three stages:

Online Preliminary Examination (Phase-I): This online exam will be held on October 13, 2024 (tentative) and will consist of objective tests for a total of 100 marks. It will be divided into three sections:
- English Language (30 marks, 20 minutes): Tests your proficiency in written English.
- Reasoning Ability (35 marks, 20 minutes): This section will assess your logical thinking and problem-solving skills. The exam will be offered in English and Hindi.
- Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks, 20 minutes): Tests your skills in numerical analysis and solving mathematical problems. The exam will be offered in English and Hindi.
Online Main (Final) Examination: Shortlisted candidates from Phase-I will be called for the online Main exam on November 17, 2024 (tentative). This exam will consist of two parts:
- Objective Test (200 marks, 2.5 hours): This section will test your knowledge in various areas like reasoning, English, general awareness, and quantitative aptitude. The exam will be offered in English and Hindi.
- Descriptive Test (30 marks, 30 minutes): This online test will assess your writing skills in English. It will include writing a letter (10 marks) and an essay (20 marks).
Interview: Candidates who clear the online examinations will be invited for an interview at select locations across India. The interview will assess your overall suitability for the role.

The weightage for the selection process is 75% for the online examinations and 25% for the interview.
