Power Grid Corporation of India Seeks Talented Professionals for Officer Trainee Positions

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a leading organization in the country’s power transmission sector, is seeking bright and motivated individuals to join their team. They are currently accepting applications for Officer Trainee positions in Finance and Company Secretary roles.

Calling All Qualified Professionals:

PGCIL is inviting applications from Chartered Accountants (CAs), Cost and Management Accountants (CMAs), and Company Secretaries (CSs) for these exciting opportunities. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 39 Officer Trainee positions across PGCIL and its subsidiary, Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL).

PGCIL:
- Officer Trainee (Finance): 36 vacancies (categorized for various reservations)

Compensation and Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive a competitive stipend of ₹40,000 per month during the training period. This amount includes Industry Dearness Allowance (IDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and perks calculated at 12% of the basic pay. Following successful completion of the training program, candidates will be placed as Officers within the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (including IDA).

Eligibility Requirements:

Age: Maximum of 28 years as of August 7, 2024
Qualification:
- Officer Trainee (Finance): CA or CMA pass certificate
- Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Company Secretary (CS) pass certificate
