The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open competitive Computer Based Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL), 2024 (Tier-I) in the month of Sept-Oct 2024 for the Recruitment of various Group-B and Group-C Government Jobs for various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India.

Therefore, SSC invites online applications in the prescribed format for the recruitment of the following various government jobs for Audit/Section/Statistical/Accounts Officers, Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, Investigators, Assistants, Superintendent, Auditors, Accountants, Clerks, etc. for various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of Government of India through it CGL Exam 2024. 

About SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) holds an Open Competitive Computer Based Examination for recruitment of various Grade ‘C’ and Group ‘B’ Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Government jobs vacancies for various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India annually, called Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) which is also advertised for the year 2024.

Educational Qualification for CGL Examination 2024 

As the name of the examination suggests, the minimum educational qualification for CGL Exam 2024 is Graduation in any discipline from any recognised University. The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however, they must possess Essential qualifications on or before 01/08/2024. 

For the Junior Statistical Officer posts – Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level: OR Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

Application Fee for CGL Examination 2024

An application fee of ₹100/- to be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or cash at SBI Branch by generating SBI Challan. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates.
