Selection will be based on a combination of factors:
- Academic Qualification:
  - Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/AMIE/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks and a qualifying score in GATE 2024 (Civil).
  - Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/AMIE with a qualifying score in GATE 2024 (Electrical or Mechanical).
  - Finance: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (details not specified) with a qualifying score in CA or CMA (previously ICWA) exams.
  - Human Resources: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (details not specified) with a qualifying score in UGC-NET December 2023 (Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Labour & Social Welfare/HRM).
- Written Exam/Score: Weightage of 80% will be given to the qualifying exam score (GATE, CA/CMA, UGC-NET).

Benefits and Compensation:

Selected candidates will undergo training and upon successful completion, will be placed in a higher pay grade (E-3).
The salary range for E-2 grade is ₹50000-3%-160000/- (IDA) and for E-3 grade is ₹60000-3%-180000/- (IDA).
