Basic Eligibility Requirements:
- Physical Standards:
- Height and Weight: Minimum height for males is 157 cm, with weight proportionate to height.
- Eyesight: The minimum acceptable distant vision standard is 6/12 in both eyes, correctable to 6/6 with glasses. Candidates should not have color blindness or night blindness.
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix, with a salary ranging from ₹56100 to ₹110700, along with Military Service Pay (MSP) and other applicable allowances.
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate: Candidates holding an NCC ‘C’ certificate will receive a 5% relaxation in the cut-off marks used for shortlisting candidates for the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview.
