What is NHLML?

The National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) is a company fully owned by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). It was established by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) to develop various infrastructure projects across India. These projects include:

Multi-modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs)
Port Connectivity Roads
Inter Modal Stations
Ropeways
Wayside Amenities
Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Laying
Other associated projects

Who can Apply?

NHLML is looking for energetic and technically qualified Indian Nationals to fill Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) positions in various engineering disciplines.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be an Indian National
Have a valid GATE score from 2022, 2023, or 2024 in the relevant engineering discipline (see below for specific disciplines)
Age limit: 30 years old as of October 1, 2024

Disciplines and Number of Openings:

Civil Engineering: 22 vacancies (with reservations for various categories)
Electronics & Communication (E&C) Engineering: 2 vacancies
Mechanical Engineering: 4 vacancies

Job Details:

Position: Assistant Manager (contract-based for 5 years)
Pay Scale: E-0 (₹30,000-₹1,20,000)
Probation Period: Successful completion of the probation period with required performance is necessary for promotion to Deputy Manager (pay scale E-1: ₹40,000-₹1,40,000). Employees who don’t meet performance criteria may have their probation extended for 6 months before a final decision is made.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE score in the relevant engineering discipline (from 2022, 2023, or 2024). Shortlisted candidates will then be called for a personal interview.
